Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a spice grinder and grind, shaking every now and then to make sure nothing is stuck under the blades.
Once done, store in an air-tight container or masala dabba.
Notes
Garam Masala will stay fresh for up to 6 months if stored in an air-tight container.
